Se requiere:
- Mínimum B.Sc. degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of industry related experience, or equivalent amounts of relevant education and experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and very good level of English.
- Ability to work effectively projects that require a high level of organization.
- Ability to train/supervise temporary employees, being a strong team member.
- Experience in sunflower field research and greenhouse cropping is highly desirable.
